  • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability
  • Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly
  • Discounts and promotional offers are valid only for the period stated and may be withdrawn at any time
In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price.

5. Payments

We accept M-Pesa, cash on delivery (in select areas), and bank transfer for dealer/bulk orders. Payment must be completed before an order is processed, except where cash-on-delivery is offered. All M-Pesa transactions are processed securely via Safaricom's STK Push.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Eternal International is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy. For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products (e.g. supplements) cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.

Products sold on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by relevant health authorities. Dealer accounts are subject to additional terms communicated during onboarding, including minimum order quantities, wholesale pricing, and payment terms. Eternal International reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
